Complejo constituido por diversas edificaciones tales como: edificio de administración, estación de protección de plantas, centro de investigación, estación veterinaria, zona agrícola, entrada y viviendas, molino, matadero, etc. Todos los edificio, excepto la torre de forraje, tienen una sola planta para que todas las comunicaciones sean horizontales. Los pilares, prefabricados de hormigón armado, se apoyan sobre cimentación de pilotes y soportan unas piezas de cubierta en forma de U que proporcionan iluminación cenital, además de proporcional al conjunto una fisonomía característica.
